MEDINA COUNTY, OHIO – Today, Medina County Treasurer John Burke announced his office will continue operating to ensure Medina County will have funds available for paying bills, payroll and essential services. The Treasurer’s Office staff will continue operations Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
“Although the County Administration Building has been closed to the public, taxpayers may still make property tax payments by mail or by using our drop box located on the south side of the Administration Building. They can also make property tax payments electronically through our website – medinacountytreasurer.com,” noted Treasurer Burke. Cash payments may be made in person by calling 330-725-9748 for an appointment and access to the County Administration Building. The Treasurer’s website can be used to review tax payments, print receipts, and obtain tax payment information for income tax preparation. Monthly Prepay customers should continue to make payments by using ACH or by mailing their monthly coupon and payment. Delinquent taxpayers may call 330-725-9749 to set up a payment plan. Delinquent taxpayers with delinquent contract plans should continue to make their payments using the options mentioned above. Burke added, “I also urge residents to reference the Medina County Health Department’s website medinahealth.org for accurate and current information relating to COVID-19.”
